Stay active
What do you want to keep doing?
For me, staying active means making time for the gym and Monday boxing. For you, it might be walking, dancing, gardening or enjoying a day out with family.
That is part of why I’m building LYVA: to create a place for honest conversations about movement, nutrition and getting older.
One body. A changing life.
Getting older has made me think differently about looking after myself.
For me, movement, food, rest and time outdoors are ways of paying attention—to the body I have today and the life I still want to enjoy.
There is a personal, sometimes spiritual side to that care: making space to reflect, finding meaning in ordinary routines and treating ourselves with more patience as we change.
That outlook is part of why I started LYVA. I want to build a community where we can talk honestly about staying active, ask useful questions and keep learning.
What helps you feel connected to yourself?

A place to start
If you would like practical information about activity and bone health, these independently published resources are useful starting points:
- NHS: Keep bones healthy over 65 — guidance specifically for people over 65, covering activity, nutrition and everyday considerations.
- Mayo Clinic: Bone health throughout adulthood — an overview from a US healthcare organisation. Its nutrient recommendations follow US guidance.
These links take you to the original publishers’ websites. The NHS and Mayo Clinic are not affiliated with LYVA and do not endorse LYVA or its products.
Building LYVA openly
LYVA Flex is still in development and has not been tested in a clinical trial. My training is my personal experience, not evidence of a product benefit.
